Leaving your OnlyFans agency: termination letter template
Last updated October 14, 2026 · by the Perlage Studios team
Auf Deutsch: Kündigungsschreiben für deine OnlyFans-Agentur
Check your contract before you send anything. It sets three things your letter has to match: the notice period, the form the notice has to take (an email, a letter by post or a signed PDF) and the address it has to go to. The generator below turns your answers into a neutral, firm termination letter.
Nothing you type leaves your browser. The letter is put together on this page, nothing is sent or saved, and closing the tab clears it. The only thing this page sends is the site’s anonymous count of page views and contact-button clicks, as described in the privacy policy, and your entries are never part of it.
This is a template, not legal advice. If your contract has an exit fee, a tail commission (a share of what you earn after you leave) or clauses about your content, have a lawyer in your country read it before you send anything.
Fill in your termination letter
Before you send it, compare every line with your contract and use the contract’s exact title if it has one, for example “Services Agreement”. Send it in the form the contract asks for, keep proof that you sent it, such as the sent email or a tracked letter, and keep every reply.
Handover checklist for the switch week
Nine steps for the week of the handover. Save first, then close access: once logins change, some of what you need gets harder to reach.
Before the cut-off: save
- Screenshot your earnings before the handover.Monthly statements with the dates visible, so your baseline never depends on anyone else.
- Download your vault and the content you own.At full resolution, sorted so you can find things again.
- Export subscriber data, if your tools allow it.Fan notes and spender lists take the longest to rebuild.
- Note open custom requests.Who ordered what, what is paid and what is still owed, so no promise to a fan gets lost.
On the cut-off day: close access
- Change your email password, then your account password. The email comes first, because every reset link lands there.
- Reset 2FA.The codes go to a device only you hold, and you save new backup codes.
- Log out of all sessions.End every active session in the account settings, so no browser stays signed in somewhere else.
- Remove third-party tool access.CRM, chat and scheduling tools the agency connected, and any shared logins it used.
- Check your payout settings. The bank account is yours, in your legal name, and nothing has been changed.
What we do when a creator switches to us
Your password, your 2FA and the email address behind your account stay with you. OnlyFans keeps paying out to your own bank account, and our share is settled separately after you have seen the full payout. The contract runs month to month, with no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee.
Weeks one and two are diagnosis: pricing, spender segments, chat quality, content pipeline, and what your previous setup left behind. Nothing dramatic happens to your fans: no fire-sale discounts, no personality change in chat. From week three we rebuild the funnel piece by piece. Before you sign anything, we tell you on the call exactly what we would change first.
Before the start, a monthly target based on your own numbers goes into the contract. In a month the target is missed, our share for that month is $0. That is the target-or-zero clause, a payment rule in the contract and not a promise of income. It applies from the first month, including the switch month.
One of our published cases is a switch. Creator B came to us from another agency at $23.8K net in July 2025 and closed August 2025 at $82.7K net. The nine months on her payout list since then closed between roughly $75K and $95K. All figures are net after OnlyFans’ 20%. They show one account’s result, not a forecast for yours. Read the case with the payout list.
Switching? Send us your current contract terms and we’ll tell you your timeline. The notice period, the form the contract asks for and any exit fee or tail commission decide when you are free to go. You don’t have to give notice anywhere to get a second opinion from us. A senior manager replies within 12 hours. Already past $10K a month? Here’s how we work with established creators.
