Can I Work With an OnlyFans Agency From Outside the US?

Yes. Perlage Studios works remotely with creators in any country, and where you live does not decide whether you can be taken on. Management runs in English or German. The chatting on your page runs in German with German-speaking fans and in English with everyone else.

The question usually comes from a creator in Europe or Southeast Asia who has noticed that agency websites read as if every client lived in Los Angeles. The relationship is remote in every case: a chatting team works inside your DMs and a manager is on WhatsApp, with a weekly KPI report on top. What changes across borders is a short list, taken here in order.

Does it matter where the agency is registered?

Less than most creators assume. Registration in your country changes nothing about your payouts or your taxes. What matters is that the company exists in a public register, that the name on your contract matches that entry, and that the contract names a governing law.

Perlage's own facts, so you can check them: the legal entity is Perlage Studios Marketing Agency LLC, registered in Oakland Park, Florida. The team is based in Austria, and the contact number on this site is Austrian (+43). All of that is on the imprint and the About page, and a Florida LLC can be looked up by name in the Florida Division of Corporations register (sunbiz.org).

The same check works on any agency. Find the legal name rather than the brand, look it up in the register of the country it claims, and compare it with the name on the contract. Then read the contract for which country's law applies. Registration in one country and a team in another is normal. The problem is a company you cannot find in any register. A contract across that distance is also hard to enforce, one more reason to prefer terms you can leave without a fight. Our guide on how to tell if an agency is legit covers the rest of the check.

Where does my money go?

To you. OnlyFans pays out to a bank account in your own name, in your own country, and an agency in another country does not change that. Perlage never holds or routes the money. Its share is calculated on net revenue, after the platform's 20 percent, and settled separately, so you see the full payout first.

This is the rule from our guide on who owns your account and content, and it gets no exception because the agency is abroad. The platform pays you, and you send the share on from there. Run it the other way and every disagreement about money starts with the other side sitting on all of it, in a country whose courts you cannot reach.

Before any team starts, open the withdrawal settings in your own account and confirm the account on file is yours. The payout methods available for your country are listed in those same settings, so read them there rather than in a chart someone posted two years ago. Then ask any agency in which currency its share is calculated and from which figure. Perlage calculates on the net figure the platform reports, the number you see in your own dashboard.

What about time zones?

Your fans buy on their clock. For an English-speaking audience that mostly means US evenings, which is night in Europe and morning in Southeast Asia. This is where being abroad makes a real difference, and why a chatting team matters more for a creator outside the US than for one inside it.

A fan who messages at 11 p.m. in Texas and gets an answer at 8 a.m. his time has usually moved on. Creators who run their own DMs from Europe either stay up for that window or lose it. Perlage covers the chat around the clock with a trained team working shifts, and someone from the team is reachable for you at any hour. That is the whole of what we promise on hours: 24/7 chat coverage and a senior manager who replies within 12 hours, with no named person at a fixed time in your time zone. Your own two to three hours a day go into social content, which happens whenever you are awake; posting times are handled by scheduling.

Can I block my own country?

Yes. Geo-blocking hides your profile from visitors in the countries you select, and blocking your own country is the most common use. Perlage sets it up as part of its privacy work, alongside stage names and leak monitoring with daily DMCA takedowns.

It does not stop someone on a VPN, and it does nothing about a screenshot that already exists. So it is one layer, next to a stage name, identity protocols across content and chatting, and the daily takedown work.

There is a cost. Blocking your own country also blocks the paying fans in it. For a creator whose audience is mostly in the US and the UK, that cost is small. For a German-speaking creator with fans in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, it is a real revenue decision, and one for the strategy call: how much of your revenue comes from your own region, and what you are protecting by giving it up.

Do I need perfect English?

No. The chatting on your page is written by the team, following scripts built for your persona, so your fans' English is our job. Management runs in English or German, and German-speaking creators are managed in German end to end. Your own English shows only in social content, where the bar is lower than most creators fear.

Social content is where you appear in person, in captions and in short videos with your voice. In our experience an accent is not a problem in social content; it tends to become part of the persona. Captions are short, and there is time to read them over before they go out. If you write English comfortably at the level of a text message, you have what the work needs.

What about taxes and DAC7 in the EU?

Nothing in this section is tax advice. The short version: your income is taxed where you live, platforms in the EU and the UK now report what they pay to sellers to the tax authorities, and an agency changes neither fact. A tax adviser in your own country is the right person for the details.

DAC7 is the EU directive (Council Directive (EU) 2021/514) under which digital platforms collect and report information about the sellers earning through them. The UK has its own version, which HMRC explains in its guidance on the reporting rules for digital platforms. In practice the platform may ask you for tax details, and your revenue may be reported to your tax office whether or not you have an agency.

A creator outside the US is typically also asked by the platform for a form confirming she is not a US taxpayer, which the IRS describes on its Form W-8BEN page. None of this is handled by an agency. On our side, we never hold or route your money, and our share is settled separately from your payout.

Do you work with creators in Latin America or Asia?

Yes. What we look at is the account, and we do not publish a country list or numbers per region, so the honest answer is the general one: any country, remotely, starting with the strategy call.

What changes for a creator in São Paulo or Manila is the practical list above rather than the decision. Time zones work in your favour in Asia, since US evenings fall in your morning, and matter little in South America, which shares most of the US daytime. Your fans are messaged in English (German-speaking fans in German), and the strategy call is set up over WhatsApp like everywhere else.

What does not change is what we look at on that call. Creators earning $5,000 to $20,000 a month with existing content are the ones an agency can help most, wherever they live. Below that, you get an honest answer about whether an agency makes sense yet, in every country.

Quick answers

Can I work with an OnlyFans agency if I live outside the US?

Yes. An agency's work happens inside the platform and over messages, so agency and creator are rarely in the same room anyway. Perlage Studios works remotely with creators in any country, in English or German. What to check: where the agency is registered, that payouts still land in your own bank account, and how the agency covers the hours your fans are awake.

Does an OnlyFans agency need to be registered in my country?

No. What matters is that you can find the company in a public register, that the legal name on your contract matches that entry, and that the contract says which country's law applies. Perlage Studios Marketing Agency LLC is registered in Florida, the team is based in Austria, and the contact number is Austrian. The registered address and the number are on the imprint; where the team is based is on the About page.

Who receives my OnlyFans payouts when I work with an agency abroad?

You do. OnlyFans pays out to a bank account in your own name, in your own country, and an agency abroad does not change that. With Perlage Studios the share is calculated on net revenue after the platform fee and settled separately, so you always see the full payout first. An agency that wants payouts sent to its own account is the one to walk away from.

Can an agency hide my OnlyFans page from people in my own country?

Yes. Geo-blocking hides your profile from visitors in the countries you select, and blocking your own country is its most common use. Perlage Studios sets it up as part of its privacy work alongside stage names and daily DMCA takedowns. It is a layer rather than a wall: a VPN gets around it, and it also blocks paying fans in that country.

Does working with an agency change how my OnlyFans income is taxed?

Nothing here is tax advice. Your income is generally taxed where you live, and under the EU's DAC7 rules and the UK's equivalent, platforms report what they pay to sellers to the tax authorities whether or not an agency is involved. Perlage Studios never holds or routes your money, so the money trail stays yours. A tax adviser in your own country is the right person for the details.
