What both put in writing

Leaving is quicker too: OnModelStudios ends the arrangement within 48 hours of your notice; ours ends at the end of a month. If a published number or a quick exit matters most to you, those are real differences, and you should weigh them.
Our clause in the switch month
Our target-or-zero clause applies from the first month, including the month you switch from another agency.
Income can dip during a switch while a new chat team learns your fans; if that month still lands below the target in your contract, our share for it is $0.
How to decide
Ask both agencies for the same thing in writing: the share, its base, every fee, the exit terms, and what you owe in a month below the target.
Then work through one weak month and one good month on paper with each offer. Whichever leaves you more in both is the better offer for your account.
