The target-or-zero clause
Last updated October 15, 2026 · by the Perlage Studios team
Before the work starts, Perlage Studios agrees a monthly target with you from your own dashboard numbers and writes it into your contract. In any month that target is missed, our share for that month is $0.
The clause applies from your first month, including the month you switch from another agency. It is a payment rule on our invoice, not a promise of income.
A month worked through
Say your contract sets a monthly target of $40,000 and the month closes at $37,000. Our share for that month is $0, and the whole payout stays with you.
In a month that reaches the target, we take the share agreed on the call, calculated on your net payout after OnlyFans' 20%, with no setup fee, retainer or exit fee.
How the target is set
The target comes from your own dashboard on the strategy call and is written into the contract you read before you sign.
If the number looks like what you already make, don't sign. A missed month costs us our share, and because you can leave at the end of any month with no notice period, we lose any account we coast on.
What the clause does not do
It does not promise you a certain income.
The clause sets a condition on our invoice: a monthly target from your own numbers is in the contract, and in a month it is missed, our share for that month is $0. Whether the month works still depends on your content, your traffic and the market. The clause removes the risk of paying for a month that did not work.
The month you switch
The clause applies from your first month, including the month you move to us from another agency.
Income often dips a little during a switch, usually for two to four weeks while a new chat team learns your fans, and mostly when the inbox goes quiet during the handover. We use your notice period to audit your numbers and plan the transition, and from the handover day our team answers every message, so your income doesn't gap between agencies. If the switch month still lands below the target in your contract, our share for it is $0.
What to ask any agency
“What do I owe you in a month when revenue drops? Is there a fixed fee or retainer, or does your share go down, for example through a target clause?”
Work through a weak month on paper and see what you would still owe.
It is question 9 of 10 in our free OnlyFans agency check, which also shows how our own offer answers each question, including the one where our answer is only “Partly”.
The rest of our terms
- Our share is calculated on net revenue, meaning what OnlyFans pays out after its own 20%. If fans spend $10,000 in a month, OnlyFans pays out $8,000, and the share is calculated on the $8,000.
- No setup fee, no exit fee, no monthly retainer, no chatter costs, no ad spend billed to you.
- Month to month: either side can end it at the end of any month, with no notice period and nothing to pay on the way out. Once the contract ends, we take no share of anything the account earns afterwards.
- Your password, your 2FA and the account email stay with you, and OnlyFans pays out to a bank account in your own name.
- The percentage itself is given on the free strategy call, before anything is signed.
All of it is in one table on our About page.
