One creator's dashboard statement on this site runs from November 2021 to August 2026, and every published result is a net figure shown with the screenshot it comes from. The terms are public too: a revenue share on net revenue with no setup or exit fee, month to month, and the creator keeps her password and 2FA, with payouts going to her own bank account. Four results are published with the OnlyFans statement each one comes from, and all figures are net, after OnlyFans' 20%. Each is one creator's result, not a forecast for your account.

Two of these four results are takeovers of accounts already earning five figures a month, one of them straight from another agency. What do I sign, and what never leaves my hands?

You sign a revenue share on net revenue, meaning what OnlyFans pays out after its own 20%, with nothing billed on top: no setup fee, no exit fee, no retainer, no chatter costs, no ad budget. The contract runs month to month, with no minimum term and no notice period, and once it ends, Perlage takes no share of anything the account earns afterwards.

It includes a target-or-zero clause: before the work starts, a monthly target based on your own numbers is written into the contract, and in any month that target is missed, our share for that month is $0. Your password, your 2FA and the account email stay with you, OnlyFans pays out to your own bank account, and our share is settled separately after you have seen the full payout.
